I was looking forward to using the Typeform service. I happily upgraded to be able to use their survey for an online course of mine. However, once I upgraded, I discovered I'd have to take time out of my day to remove the 'trial' designation from my forms. After jumping around on the site for half an hour, it was just too difficult. Then, as I canceled my subscription (on the same day I signed up), I realized they don't offer any refunds. Very disappointed. I canceled, anyway, because this is not a customer-friendly process in the least.
I upgraded to Pro so I could connect my Typeform to Facebook with their Facebook pixel integration, but this function is a scam and does not work.
You can't add the facebook pixel code to the typeform- they tell you you can simply add you FB pixe ID, but this of course does nothing. None of the support blogs help at all, and they have no chat option, so I suspect I will never hear back.

Great tool for collection user feedback! The ui is simply superb! I love it!
They need to fix their payment methods and at least tell it upfront. It looks like it's a free service at the beginning, but it really isn't. You need to pay at least 25 euros per month if you want a decent survey.
Good enough tool, but the basic subscription - which isn't cheap - excludes what I'd consider a lot of standard functionality (timing of popups/adding links to buttons etc). I'll probably use it for what I need this month then cancel. There are cheaper tools out there that will allow you to do more for less.
I am a reseller of Meesho. Need hi sent type form link to update my address and contact detail. I updated my address as well as contact number. When Meesho sent me my prize by Delivery.com . There was my address but someone's contact number, So, I could not give OTP to the delivery boy and my parcel returned to origin.
I was searching for a platform which enables me to create a free online test for my students - which Typeform advertises themselves as.
Of course some options needed to be paid for so naturally, I didn't bother including them:
I spent 80min on creating a test and when I tried to upload, it said "Oh no, you must upgrade if you want to include the following options: Calculator [aka. test points], Unlimited questions, Thank you screen"
Thanks for notifying me AT THE END about that instead of marking these options red just like you did with the other paywall options.
Now, instead of 12 questions with points to count the test results and a nice end screen, it is reduced to 9 pages (not question... pages) without point calculation and an end screen made out of a citation page.
Edit: I actually found a tiny "Trial" sign under each of the question which had a feature that needed the upgraded version.
Overall, I won't recommend it unless they update their advertisements and remove the term "free" or they actually make it free and earn money with advertisement revenue instead which could be cut off with a payment by the user.
I've been using Typeform for years and I think they're great. I mostly use the service to create event booking forms and they are ideal for this. The forms look lovely and work well on both computers and mobiles. There is also a simple integration with Stripe that allows payments to be received.
The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that the user interface is a bit fiddly to use. The old one worked better and I'm hopeful that the new one will be an improvement.
Nonetheless, Typeform is an excellent form builder and I highly recommend them.
Edit: Originally had 1-start -- their support was very helpful and upon writing in they did issue me the refund~
It's a nice tool, but any SaaS company (especially a successful one like Typeform with $50+ million in funding) that doesn't do refunds deserves 1 star and 1 star only. I used Typeform for a couple months and was really impressed by the configuration possibilities and interface.
Was definitely planning to use it again when my business called for it but because I cancelled a couple days late I'm now paying for nothing. Will also call out that there are NO notifications from Typeform that your subscription will renew until they send you the "Thanks for payment" message.
Their policy signals that they don't care for their customers. Outdated policy that I hope they change because it is a good tool!
No emails reminding users of annual subscription autorenewals and strict no-refund policies.
The way is works on a classic way is smooth, but the 2 new options to embed on a website by Tab of Floating button suck. Their support is even more worse. After some emails, video and screenshots, the keep telling me that it is in my code!?!?! But i use there standard code. The keep coming up with standard replies without reading the question and issue i got.
